Book more jobs.
Stop juggling 4 apps.
Website, online booking, card payments, scheduling, your own domain — set up under your business name and wired together so they actually talk. One bill instead of 4.

I build it, host it, and run it. When something needs to change — a new service, a price tweak, a broken thing — you email or call me, not a help desk.
You’re paying for software that doesn’t talk to itself.
Most service business owners stitch together a website, a booking tool, a payment processor, and a calendar — one app at a time. Then they spend the rest of the month making them play nice.
The trades that go to the customer.
If you go to your customers instead of the other way around, the same stack works. Different trade, same stack.
Lose 2–3 leads a week to calls you can’t answer mid-detail. Online booking catches them.
Inbox stacked with quote-request emails. Show your real open days; let customers book direct.
Quoting 30 jobs to land 10. The form qualifies leads before they land on your phone.
Customer wants Tuesday morning, you’re already booked. Show real openings; they pick a slot you can keep.
Mobile detailing, Portland.
One of the trades from the grid above — shipped, live, and running on this exact stack.

Done For You tier — site, online booking, card payments, scheduling, and custom domain, all live under his business.
Everything in one place. Set up by one person.
The full operating stack for a service business — not a checklist of features, just the things you actually use every day.

We figure out what you actually need. I look at what you’re paying now and tell you straight if I’m a fit. No pitch, no contract.
I build your site
Real photos, real copy, your own domain. Timing depends on getting me your brand basics — logo (even rough), a color or two, services, hours. Most sites live in 5–10 business days once those are in hand; Done For You can take 10–14 with revision rounds.
Launch + walkthrough
I show you how to update prices, see bookings, and run your day from the dashboard. 30 minutes, recorded so you can rewatch.

Why I built this.
Twenty years on the railroad as a signalman — three on the line, seven as a maintainer, ten running crews as a signal construction foreman. I spent most of those years working around software that didn’t quite fit — dispatch tools, timekeeping apps, scheduling boards. So when I built this, I built the version I always wanted.
Tradespeople need two things: software that works, and a real person on the other end when it doesn’t. No tickets. No tier-1 support reading from a script. That’s the whole reason this exists.
Things people ask me first.
Most of those collect contact-form submissions and call it a day. This takes real bookings, runs payments, syncs to your calendar, and sends customer reminders — all under your own domain. If you have a domain you like, we point it. The old site goes away.
I set it up. You learn the dashboard in a 30-minute walkthrough — recorded so you can rewatch. Day-to-day you’re glancing at bookings on your phone between jobs. Anything weird, you call or email me directly — no tickets, no script-reading agents. Response time depends on your plan: 3 business days on Get Online, 1 business day on Run Your Business, same-day on Done For You.
Those are good tools at what they do. None of them give you a real website on your own domain — you end up paying them plus a separate site plus hosting. I bundle the whole stack so you have one bill, one login, and one phone number when something needs changing.
Your domain stays yours. Customer data exports clean — bookings, payments, contact info, the works. No exit fees, no holding it hostage. The 9-month minimum is just so I’m not eating setup costs on someone who bails in week three.
Depends on tier and how fast I get your brand basics. I need something to go off of — at minimum a logo (even a sketch or just type + a color), business name, services, hours, and a handful of phone photos. From there: Get Online ~5 business days, Run Your Business 7–10, Done For You 10–14. Most of that is me building; you spend 1–2 hour chunks reviewing copy and confirming photos. If you’re in a rush for a specific date, tell me on the call so I can plan around it.
Phone photos are fine — most of the trades sites I admire are shot on a phone. I’ll work with what you have. The Done For You tier ($299/mo) also includes me cleaning up and cropping the photos you already have. I don’t buy stock images — your business deserves real shots from your actual work.
I’m based in SW Washington, but I take clients anywhere in the US. The discovery call, copy review, dashboard walkthrough, and ongoing updates all run remote — Google Meet, email, text. I just need real photos of your work, your services and pricing, and you on the kickoff call.
